Pricing Strategy
A Tailored Approach to Cost-Efficient Matchmaking
Should a match be rejected or expire without response, and a new match is necessary, you will only be charged upon receipt of this new match.
Pay-per-Match System: Distinguishing itself from other services, Wafaq implements a pay-per-match fee structure. This means you only pay when you request a new match. If you are assigned a match who rejected you, you will not be charged for the next match. Note that we do not guarantee matches but priorities matching those who do not repeatedly reject their assigned matches that were generated based on the preferences they indicated in their answers to the questionnaire
Community-Focused Pricing: Wafaq operates as a community-oriented service, charging only what is necessary to sustain our operations. Each match has a fee of SAR 750 ($200.00), ensuring transparency and fairness in our pricing. Note that the first two matches are currently free.
Partnership-Driven Subsidies: Dedicated to making our services accessible to all, Wafaq actively collaborates with philanthropic organizations, government initiatives, and corporate partners to subsidize costs, offering more affordable options to those who need them.
